2) Business Information

The requirements to become an Active Member of the association are:

• To submit an application form for membership that is countersigned or sustained by three (3) members.
• To submit three (3) business references from three (3) members of different countries, which could be one (1) active member and two (2) associate members, each one of a different country.
• To submit a photocopy of the Public Deed or Certificate, certifying that your company is been engaged in the activity of packing and moving for two (2) consecutive years.
• To submit a Certified Financial Statement, Balance sheet or other equivalent document with the respective notes, for the last year, duly prepared and signed by an auditor. 
• Brochure or advertising material of your company.
• Photographs of the warehouse, office and equipment.
• Provide two letters of reference, emitted from your local banks.
• Foreign bank reference letters.  (If applicable).
• Two reference letters from your local business or clients.
• Brief profile of your company.  A functional and nominative organizational chart of the executives and personnel. 
• To submit a written verification from an insurance company also describing the insurance coverages of the prospect company.
• Payment of US$1,250.00 which will cover the inscription fee of US$800.00 plus the first Annual dues for US$450.00.

I also declare and accept what was established in the Association's General Assembly held in Nassau on October 1985, as to publishing the name of the member in default in the P.A.I.M.A. is bulletin, with out this causing any liability to the Association.
