PAIMA Training

 

We want to cover many aspects of the moving and transportation industry with seminars relating to: customer satisfaction, good standards, industry aspects, packing, management, and training by using proffessional packing techniques conducted by  professionals and trained people. 

These seminars have been directed by Mr. Joseph Pauley of Tumi International Movers, PAIMA ex-President and Director of Training and by Mr. George O'Masta Jr., PAIMA Treasurer.

At the moment, the seminar is performed in English and Spanish. The date for the next Seminar, will be determined soon.


RIM and Packer Training Seminar for PAIMA Members held the past 16-19 of May, 2006 in Mexico, D.F.

Once again, PAIMA developed a complete two-day course (a study and a practical day) for the RIM and Packer Training Seminar based on professional packing and unpacking techniques.

PAIMA  held  the RIM and Packer seminar in Mexico city and the RIM Instructor was Mr. George O’Masta Jr. of Balboa International, PAIMA’s Secretary and Treasurer.

The companies who participated in these seminars were:

The participants were provided with a training kit which includes a video tape, power point presentation and operations manual which details, in a structured manner, the best professional packing and unpacking techniques, customer services, personal behavior and presentation.  As always they took back the manuals to their companies.

We would like to congratulate all the participants since they all managed to get certified.

We would also like to  thank the companies who decided  to send their employees to get certified and we hope that with the knowledge they acquired their companies will be able to provide a more efficient service to their costumers.
